Welcome to Mitra Retreats! Our esteemed center specializes in providing a holistic experience through Ayurveda, Yoga, Swathic diet, Vedic rituals, and immersion in Indian culture and heritage. In order to ensure a serene and comfortable stay with us, we kindly request you to thoroughly read and comply with the following legally binding terms and conditions:

1. Strict Compliance:

1. Consumption of non-vegetarian food, alcohol, and smoking are strictly prohibited within our premises. We also do not allow any form of solicitation, entry of outsiders, or the presence of pets/animals.
2. Dietary regulations are an integral part of our holistic approach, and meals will be provided as per the prescribed diet chart given by our esteemed doctors.

2. Adherence to Treatment Plan:

For optimal results, it is essential to strictly follow the personalized treatment plan prescribed by our highly qualified doctors. The effectiveness of treatments greatly depends on adherence to their orders, advice, and instructions.

3. Payment Terms:

1. Credit cards are accepted at Mitra Retreats; however, a 2.5% bank processing fee will be applicable.
2. Please note that reservations will be confirmed upon receipt of a 20% deposit. The remaining balance should be settled upon arrival at the center.

4. Child Policy:

Children under the age of 9 years can stay in their parent's room free of charge. However, please be advised that our property is not child-proof, and parents are solely responsible for ensuring the safety of their children.

5. Document Requirements:

Each guest is required to provide two color copies of their passport in accordance with immigration laws. Domestic guests need to present any form of government-approved identity proof. Please note that black and white copies will not be accepted.

6. Additional Services:

Depending on the package you have chosen, optional extra services such as local transportation, laundry, extra yoga sessions, and pick-up/drop-off (for stays of less than 14 days) from the nearest airport or railway station will incur additional charges.

7. Reservation Confirmation:

At the time of reservation, Mitra Retreats will request a booking amount of 20% to confirm your booking. This payment can be made via online links or bank transfers within a specified time period. Mitra Retreats reserves the right to withdraw or cancel your reservation if the booking amount is not received within the stipulated time. The advance payment confirms both your reservations and the services provided.

8. Cancellation Policy:

Once the advance payment has been made, no refunds will be issued. If you need to cancel your reservation, we kindly request that you inform us at least 7 days prior to the scheduled arrival date. Guests have the privilege of postponing their reservations for up to one year. The revised dates must be confirmed with our reservation team to secure the postponed booking.
